CashCats LLC

The name they wrote down first

Before the app. Before the $32B IPO. The investment memo didn't say "Cash Cat." It said CashCats LLC — the exact string, plural, with the LLC. Now it's incorporated on-chain.

Article IThe Memo

They wrote down the name.
It had an LLC on it.

A GV (Google Ventures) partner has recounted this publicly: when the founders pitched the company that became Robinhood, the investment memo went out under a different name — and a Google search for it turned up nothing but a Tumblr blog of cats sitting on piles of cash.

Exhibit A
RE:  Proposed investment — CashCats LLC
STATUS:  No website. No product. One (1) Tumblr of cats on cash.
FINDING:  The cats had the name first.

"…when Blake wrote up the investment memo…the name of the company was called 'CashCats LLC' and they had no website. …a Google search for 'CashCats' and the only thing that popped up was a Tumblr blog that featured cats perched up on large piles of cash."

— publicly recounted by an early GV investor, on the Robinhood origin story

The cats held the name. Then it became a hood. The name changed; the cats never left. CashCats LLC is that name — verbatim — re-filed on the chain that wears its old skin.

Article IIThe Difference

Close. But not the name.

There's a "Cash Cat" out there. Good cat. Wrong filing. The memo didn't drop the "s" and it didn't drop the "LLC."

"Cash Cat"

The vibe. The meme. The shortened version. A fine tribute — but not what the paperwork said.

vs.

CashCats LLC

The exact string from the memo. Plural. With the LLC. The name a $32B company was almost registered under. This one.

Article IVMaterial Disclosure

The dev bundled it. The chain keeps the books.

No spin — just what's verifiable on-chain. A large slice of the top holders traces back to one funding wallet, and it's been distributing and selling. Look it up yourself; the ledger doesn't do PR.

⚠ Notice to Holders — What the explorer shows

  • A cluster of top holders were all funded — through throwaway pass-through wallets — from one root: 0xf70da97812cb96acdf810712aa562db8dfa3dbef
  • That root has fanned ETH out to 250+ wallets and serial-farms launches across the chain.
  • Translation: a chunk of the early float was one operator, not organic holders.

The bag got fumbled. The name didn't. That part's ours to carry — and it's the one thing on this chain nobody can re-file.

Article IXFAQ

Furrequently asked.

Is this affiliated with Robinhood?

No. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets in any way. It's a meme built on a piece of public startup trivia — the name that reportedly came before the app. Fan fiction with a ticker.

Why "CashCats LLC" and not "Cash Cat"?

Because that's the name that was actually written down — plural, with the LLC. We're the exact string, not the paraphrase.

Is the token "safe"?

It's a memecoin — treat it like one. Our Disclosure section is honest about the on-chain history (early supply was bundled). We don't fake locks or listings. Only buy with money you can afford to lose, and always verify the CA against this page.

Is the contract address the one at the top?

Yes: 0x53a557a2a46083A3E9cD26ff4cdc4CC81DA809cc on Robinhood Chain. Anything else is not this token.
